The 25th Anniversary Tour of Menopause The Musical® is the celebratory touring production marking 25 years of the comedy-musical phenomenon that first premiered in 2001. The current North American tour is running through 2026–27, including a Lakeland performance at RP Funding Center on January 17, 2027.

What the show is about

The story brings together four very different women who meet at a lingerie sale and discover that, despite their differences, they have plenty in common when it comes to hot flashes, night sweats, memory lapses, changing bodies, relationships and everything else associated with "the change."

The comedy is built around parodies of familiar songs from the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s, turning recognizable hits into humorous takes on menopause and women's experiences. The result is part musical comedy, part celebration of friendship and sisterhood.

The production has become an international theatrical success. Current tour materials say it has been seen by more than 17 million people worldwide and has been performed in hundreds of cities and multiple countries.

The anniversary tour also continues the show's tradition of combining entertainment with support for women's causes.
